TERMS & CONDITIONS
— Prices apply to the Province of Barcelona. A travel supplement of €50.00 will be added for performances outside the Province of Barcelona.
— For performances located more than 75 km from Barcelona, a minimum of 2 sessions on the same day is required.
— In the event that The Performers Inc. is unable to reach the venue on time due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (road closures, teachers’ strikes, or any other force majeure event), the institution agrees to cover the actual travel costs incurred (fuel and tolls).
— In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the institution must give at least 15 days’ notice. Beyond this deadline, the full amount of the contracted sessions will be charged. Rescheduling is subject to the company’s availability and must take place within the same school year.
— Prices exclude VAT. This activity is exempt from VAT.
— The institution is responsible for providing a suitable space for the performance. If no adequate space is available, the company reserves the right to cancel the performance without financial penalty.
